Draft Result Drafted in the 2010 Draft by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2nd round with the #15 pick.
A tackling machine who will be slated to replace Karlos Dansby. Has the speed to make plays from sideline to sideline and is an asset in pass coverage.

Strengths
  • Athletic linebacker with the speed to make plays sideline to sideline
  • Good tackler who diagnoses plays and closes on the ball quickly
  • Has the ability to play inside or outside linebacker but projects most likely to weakside at the next level
  • A tackling machine
  • Above average coverage skills for a linebacker.  Can play man or zone and should be able to keep up with most tight ends
  • Great change of direction
  • Fast rising prospect who will be watched closely at the combine and pre-draft workouts
  • Excellent speed and quickness - one of the fastest linebackers in the draft
 

Weaknesses
  • Undersized for a linebacker (esp. inside linebacker) at under 230 lbs. 
  • Needs to improve at shedding blocks, tends to run around blocks.
  • Needs to get stronger and add bulk
  • Can be overaggressive at times
  • In coverage he has a tendency to bite on fakes and can lose track of his man
