Right tackle is the one weak spot on their offensive line and Michael Oher is a great fit. While he can play on the left side, right tackle is probably the best fit Oher long term

Weaknesses

Not%20many%20flaws%20in%20Oher's%20game%20but%20can%20rely%20too%20much%20on%20physical%20talent%20at%20times.%20%20Needs%20to%20improve%20his%20consistency.%20Despite%20his%20experience%20he%20needs%20to%20improve%20his%20technique.%20%20He%20has%20a%20tendency%20to%20standup%20leaving%20him%20vulnerable%20to%20opposing%20bull%20rushes%20(he%20got%20caught%20doing%20this%20a%20couple%20of%20times%20at%20the%20Senior%20Bowl).%20Has%20struggled%20to%20pick%20up%20blitzers%20and%20stunts%20at%20times.%20%20Some%20have%20questioned%20his%20intelligence%20due%20in%20part%20to%20the%20book%20The%20Blind%20Side%20which%20talked%20about%20his%20academic%20struggles.%20%20That%20said%20Oher%20has%20graduated%20on%20time%20and%20done%20well%20academically%20at%20Ole%20Miss.%0A%0AWas%20the%20best%20tackle%20prospect%20at%20the%20Senior%20Bowl%20but%20did%20not%20take%20advantage%20of%20the%20opportunity%20Jason%20Smith%20and%20Eugene%20Monroe%20provided%20by%20not%20coming.
