Kenneth Moore
NFL Draft Scouting Report

Wide Receiver

Wake Forest

College Position: Wide Receiver
School: Wake Forest
Grade: Senior
Height: 5-10
Weight: 198
Birthdate:
Draft Projection: Seventh
Overall Rank: Unranked
NFL Draft Position (Rank): Wide Receiver (30)

Draft Result

Drafted in the 2008 Draft by the Detroit Lions in the 5th round with the #1 pick.
It would not be the NFL Draft if the Lions did not take a wide receiver but at least it took 5 rounds to do it this year. Moore is not a big name but he is a versatile, team-oriented player who will battle for the last wide receiver spot on the roster and as a special teamer. Solid possession receiver prospect.

Strengths

Not flashy but was productive as a senior gaining 1,011 yards. Holds ACC single season reception record with 98 catches. Good hands. Shows a knack for getting open. Team player who was forced to play some running back as a junior due to injuries (500+ yards on the ground).

Weaknesses

Needs to improve his route running. Senior year was his only year with elite production. Only average measurables.
