Strengths

• One of the most decorated college football players of our generation
• Off the chart intangibles and a proven winner
• Demonstrates poise under pressure
• Good all-around athlete for a quarterback
• Above average arm strength
• Excellent mobility
• Powerful runner
• Ended his career with a 482 yard passing performance (3 TDs) that had to impress even the harshest critics (of course JaMarcus Russell had a lights out Sugar Bowl performance against a bad defense too)

Weaknesses

• For all his success at Florida, Tebow has failed to demonstrate the skills to be an NFL caliber starting quarterback and especially not a first round QB
• Lacks accuracy on intermediate routes
• Elongated delivery
• His deep balls tend to flutter
• Has not run a pro style offense and needs to learn to make reads and take snaps from center
• Not as fast as Vince Young or Pat White which will hinder his viability as a wildcat QB. His power running style is not an ideal fit for the wildcat
• If a team drafts him as a QB it will either need a lot of patience (2-3 years?) or change its offense to the spread option
• Ultimately Tebow is a project.  He has a place in the NFL but faces an uphill battle to become a starting QB.   A hybrid role as a wildcat QB, special teamer, and H-back may be his best option
