Monk could be an excellent sleeper pick for a team with major wide receiver needs. An excellent red zone target at 6'4. Needs to be fully recovered from a knee injury to be a factor.

Strengths

Has made a steady rise up draft boards with his combination of size and speed. An excellent red zone target who caught 11 touchdowns for a run-first team as a junior. Known for his smarts.

Weaknesses

Stock dropped due to injuries his senior year. Needs to improve as a route runner.
